I will be doing my 1200 sq ft garage over the next couple days. I have three full kits. Is there a mixing ratio to do a 10x10 section at a time? I know I've read it on here, but can't find it.

If you are using the box store kits, get another one...unless you are 5 minutes away from them. Although they say 400 or 500 sq feet (depending on whose you choose) it is less than you will need to do the job correctly.
If you are using the suppliers here, they do a MUCH better job of estimating (Knowing) how far their product spreads and what you, the user, will run up against in doing the job correctly.
Prep is the Key....don't even think about scrimping on this. Prep includes temp, humidity, condition of the floor, taping/masking and the like. Not just doing the floor.

I believe the Epoxy-Coat full kits cover up to 500sf. If that is what you have, I would divide the contents of each kit into 4th's or 1/4 a kit. That will cover 100sf per 4th (10x10 sections) for 400sf total per kit. 3 full kits = 1200sf. Make sure you have a couple good measuring containers. 1 for part A and the other for part B. Figure out how much a 4th is for each part and then mix your batches that way.
Once you do your first section or two, you will know how your mix ratio is working in terms of coverage. If you are doing it in one day, I would suggest pouring all of your part A into a large bucket and all your part B into another to insure good consistency of color. Mix both A and B separately in their respective containers first because things can settle. Then pour them into their separate larger buckets. Then give them a light mix again in their larger buckets. Now you can just pour what you need from the larger buckets into your measuring containers when you mix A and B together as you go and this will insure a nice uniform color.
