Epoxy-Coat curing: oily surface?

So yesterday I mixed a small batch of Expoxy-coat brand floor finish so I could get a finish down in the bathroom before the plumber installs fixtures. It's been about 30 hours since application, and in general it looks/feels like it has hardened. However when I run my finger over the surface, It picks up what feels like a very light oily coat. Is that normal? Will it go away with some more curing? Temps here were bare minimum based on recommended limits, about 50F overnight, 60 during the day...
(new construction, poured ~40 days ago, acid etched Friday then dried painstakingly with a heat gun...)

er,

I had the exact same thing with my Epoxy-Coat application....after a week, it definitely had a light film on it, and also felt tacky when I walked across it. I mopped down the floor with a solution of Simple Green and rinsed...It was a lot better. Now the floor is fine, no film or stickyness...

Its a post I did a while ago describing my installation, and I wrote about the problem. Look under "Curing/Cleanup"

Hope this helps,

Steve

Thanks, that's encouraging. and thank you for that original post, I found it back when I was researching floors in the summer and it helped decide me on epoxy-Coat tm. I forgot about the oily film however.

The one thing I might add for others in the future: It might be a good idea to do a dry run with the flakes. Pick a clean floor in the house and practice a few times. I experimented in my bathroom (see photo) but I definitely got a higher density of flakes than I really wanted...
