So, as you know from my build thread I did my floor in Epoxy-Coat white.
To get full coverage I needed to put down two coats.
This is simply a report on the level of customer service I received from Christine at Epoxy-Coat.
First - I called to place my order. She remembered that MONTHS ago we had PM'd on this site about some questions i had.
That prompted her to say "You are a garage journal member, so you get the free shipping."
Product arrived on time.
Then just before I was to install it I had a question about how to apply the anti-slip grit. Within hours of posting the question here she answered it.
Lighting wasn't the best (my bad) during my coating application and I missed about a 2'X3' section during the 2nd coat. It's noticeable to me.
I called Christine and said "I still have some hardener left over - can I buy a quart or so of white part A to fix my mistake?"
Her answer: "No. But I'll ship it to you free!"
And she did.
End of story.
Couldn't ask for better service.
