According to the directions if no foaming occurs then the concrete is sealed and needs to be removed. So I rented a grinder. After a long day of nasty dust and blowing concrete out of my nose I realize I should have worn a mask. LOL. My questions are do I need to apply the acid again or will I be good to go? Also I purchased the clear coat along with the gray base so after I apply the gray base do I add the flakes then about 12-18 hours later come back and lay the clear the same way or flakes with the clear?? Any and all help would be awesome sorry for the dumb questions that I'm sure have been asked a million times..

From your post, it sounds like you didn't get the expected reaction from the etch implying that your concrete was previously sealed. The idea behind grinding is to get the sealer ground off the surface. It shouldn't require that you grind very deep. As long as you grind it slightly to remove the sealer you shouldn't need to do anything else (provided that you don't have other 'contaminants' still showing such as oil or other stains).
I just completed a similar process with gray base followed by clear coat. The process is to put down your gray base coat as per the video, then sprinkle the flakes to the density that you prefer. You can put down the clear top coat at any time after the floor has cured to the point that you can walk on it without damaging it. This should be 18 to 24 hours. Your floor may cure quicker allowing you to walk on it in 16 hours or so, but don't push it. At any rate, get the clear on prior to the 24 hour mark as the base coat can cure to the point that the clear won't adequately adhere. After you apply the clear top coat you can sprinkle anti-slip if you plan to do that (use very, very little). I ended up waking up at 0400 to catch my floor at the 16 to 18 hour mark for the second coat.
I do not recommend touching up the flakes just before you put the clear down. Get the flakes right after you put down the base. I attempted this and found that putting down flakes before the final coat results in the flakes getting 'squeegee'd' into a line of concentrated flakes by both your squeegee and your roller. You have plenty of time to get the flakes down after you get the base coat down, but that's the time to get it right.
Just relax and be organized. Don't panic, you'll figure it out. Have fun with it.

Started the floor yesterday and all I can say is WOW!!!!!! I love it. This morning I applied the clear coat and can't wait for the thing to dry. All I wanted to do was lay down on the floor it looks so good. Even the wife is in love with this product. Thank you Epoxy-Coat. Pictures to come.
