epoxy coating newbie!!

Hello everyone!!

I need some advice.
im in the middle of grinding my garage floor with HD prep tool.
I did some water test some part absorb the water witihin a minute and some parts dont
And there is some stain that wont come off with the prep tool..
should i etch or try it with degreaser???

And about the crack(pics) just open it up with mansory wheel and patch it with Rust-Oleum concrete patch???

And what you guys think with my CSP???

Can i fill the hole with concrete patch??

Hi, the hole can be filled with concrete patch and it appears the prep is fine. Use primer though since you mechanically prepped the floor.
