Epoxy cold weather

I just put a garage and am looking for flooring options. If I applied your typical epoxy flooring on concrete in in 30 degree temps, would it ever cure?

If I do need some type of cold weather epoxy for concrete, does anyone know of any "cheap" ones?

It will remain in an open state for so long that it is likely to have issues. Don’t risk it.
