Epoxy Floor, dry time after etchant

I'm using rustoleum product and jsut applied and sccrubbed the etchant a few hours ago. I live in California and its probably been in the 70s most of the day.

how long does the floor need to dry? I squeegeed it off, but do I need to worry about the water that has absorbed into the pores of the concrete to come out? The epoxy is water based, does that make a difference? Im not sure if a miniscule amount of water will hurt, but i'm not sure how small that would be since I cant see into the concrete.

Also, I have 2 part A's and 2 part B's, can I use 1 of each first, as a first coat, and then do the other half after the first half dries on top of the first half?

is the plastic bag test essential, or can I just wing it and likely come out with good results if it looks bone dry. Also, its been in luke warm and I live in san diego

I got tired of waiting and started applying the epoxy.

feel like ive been waiting forever, it should only be a few day job its already been like a week it seems. ive been scrubbing rinsing drying for a while. also put down some concrete sealant and am going over it too. its not a rustoleum concrete sealer.

shouldnt this only take like a day? if you hired someone to do it it wouldnt take that long would it?

it seems like some people make this harder then it should be

Not to be a downer but I would toss the rustoleum stuff and get a 100% epoxy kit from one of the vendors on here. I used legacy flooring with great results, epoxy-coatings seems great as well. The water based stuff isn't going to last, even a year.

This isn't something you want to do twice, do it right the first time or spend a lot more time and money getting the crappy stuff off... It's all in the prep either way you do it.
