Epoxy Floor Prep - PVC Primer and 2 Stroke Oil

I'm trying to wrap up prep for applying an epoxy coat on my home garage. My garage is ~3 years old. To date, I have scrubbed with oil soap, power washed, used the valspar oil remover product (which is pretty cool) and acid etched. I still have two "stained" spots that are freaking me out and I'm not sure what to do with them. They've been scrubbed, degreased several times, lit on fire (kidding), but they still persist. I believe one is a spilled can of PVC primer (purple) and the other is two-cycle engine oil (greenish/blue).

Each time a put the valspar remover down it is tinted "slightly" with the color of the spill. The other industrial greasers didn't do anything to them.

What's the primary issue with preperation and oil removal? Is it the grease (prevent proper adhesion) or a concern of color bleed through the epoxy? I think the grease is gone and mostly what I'm dealing with is the pigment/dye. Can I move on with my life or keep fighting with this?

Last question, I'm putting on a clear coat and intend to use and anti-skip. Does the anti-skid go down with the base coat or clear coat?

Thanks y'all. Sorry for the long-winded post -

Mix the anti-skid in with your clear coat. If you apply water to the two remaining stains, does the water soak into the concrete right away or does it bead up and just sit there?

I spilled that pvc primer on the epoxy coating and it stained it purple and there is no getting that color out.

Anyone ever gotten the stain out of epoxy?
