After prepping the floor with Muriatic acid and then rinsing twice with clean water let dry overnight it appeared ready, but I didn’t have the time to do it yesterday now today the cracks look wet. How dry does it need to be to put on epoxy?0251220C-6DDC-4FFC-AA19-AD2DA9E59B78.jpeg

Acid etching a floor requires DAYS not hours for a full dry.

If you have any concerns about moisture after 3 days at minimum do a sheet moisture test. In terms of profile, you would want to check with your coatings supplier.

I cant tell if there is some white chalky residue on parts. If so it needs to be removed. We see that when acid is allowed to dry on the floor.

Did you neautrilize?
