Epoxy floor repair question

I had my floor done about 3 years ago. Everything was done right but I have 2 issues:
1. Floor was old, 20 yo and damaged pretty bad with some chemicals.
2. I do have some moisture.

In some places where I dropped tools I had epoxu chipped and moisture lifted epoxy around.

What is the best way to fix it? I'm thinking about buying 1 quart of same epoxy and then use air grinder with sand paper to work around those spots and then paint them over with new epoxy. I don't care about uniform look, I just want it to be functional right now.

I once worked in a big factory that had epoxy floors and thats what the flooring contractor did when we needed repairs. From my experience with epoxy, moisture usually lifts it when it is trapped under the floor, if you broke the surface of the floor by chipping it with dropped tools, I doubt that the subsequent failure that you are seeing around the chip is from moisture.

Called store. Benjamin Moore doesn't have small quantities. Smallest I can get is 2 gallons.. Does anybody know where I can get gray color epoxy paint in small qty for touch-up?

They would cut out the lifted section and usually square it off, then they would mask the floor around the failure and fill it in with epoxy again.
