Well thought I'd report in after a few years... The floor that I thought I was going to keep immaculent, is all messed up now. Hot tires have peeled up the epoxy and countless oil changes have taken their toll. I think I will use garage floor paint the next time roun'. I just don't keep up after the floor to have it really nice... and I wanted VCT tile....yah right.

Can you please be more specific?

How did you prep the substrate (concrete) before you applied the coating?
Manufacture of the Epoxy?
Temperature during the day you applied the Epoxy?
Humidity level during the day you applied the Epoxy?
Did you use a primer? If so what brand?
Did you apply a clear coat? If so what brand?
Did you perform a moisture test before you installed the Epoxy?

Some many factors could have effected the performance of the epoxy no matter what brand you used. PREP IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS even if you apply tile.
