I run the Advantage XLT 9000 pound lift. No anchors with finished floor,works fine like this. If I were to anchor I would use recessed anchors so you still have the option to wheel it around.

In most cases you don't need to anchor a four post lift (the one in my garage hasn't been bolted down for 20 years and it hasn't blown away yet), but either way I'd epoxy the floor first.
