Epoxy for leased shop

I am working on shop & office building that I will be leasing out 7000sq-ft that can be split 5 ways. I don't think I will have a problem with lease contracts since I just got some calls yesterday but for a little incentive & to help with the wow factor and appearance I am thinking about epoxy. I have this on the personal garage and love how bright & presentable it makes a space look.

Am I crazy? Granted I know they will not take care of it like I would but if it helps me get contracts faster I'm all for it. I would have to add chips or a sand to help with grip on the floor.

Any thoughts would be great.

Depending on who you're leasing to, they might take better care of it, since they know you care. As well maybe attract a better tenant as a result. Just lay down a set of rules on how to care for the floor do/donts, and be prepared to do touch up once they move out...

Assuming that the cost isn't completely crazy, it seems like a win-win. You get a nicer space to lease out (possibly attracting better tenants) plus any damage, spills etc will be easier to deal with wen a tenant leaves. It's gotta be a lot easier and cheaper to re do a section of epoxy than it would be to try to remove a big oil spill that sat there and soaked in for days/weeks/months...
