Epoxy gone horribly wrong

So me thinking I can do everything without research I thought epoxy floors were supposed to be thick and self leveling now I have what resembles pot holes or like a beach someone walked on any advice if it could be fixed or the easiest way to remove its like .5 in in spots and bubbles thanks for any advice

Pics would help...normally these types of problems come from some contaminants, improper prep or mixing, etc. Its very, very rarely a coating failure and almost always due to the install process.

If you don't want to bother with fixing it, just go over it with something like our www.supratile.com industrial grade solid interlocking floor tiles.
