Hello everyone:

After a few years of small upgrades to the shop and organization, I am nearly finished and ready to complete the project with a new floor covering.

My thought is commercial vinyl tile or epoxy.

Any suggestions on those?

Glad to be here and thanks for the help,

Search the forum for VCT and epoxy. This question has been answered sixteen times over.
It also helps to hear what you plan to do on the floor.

Thanks Scotty; I figured it was one of those questions.

My garage is a full use shop for both auto and carpentry. I have and will continue to restore cars and build lots of stuff.

Thanks again for the insight,

Everyone has a preference.
My feeling is that the epoxy is better for the real wrench turners and the vinyl tile is better for those who do more waxing and displaying.

I can't imagine spilling a drip pan full of dirty motor oil on vinyl tile unless you have coated it with clear epoxy.

Lastly, it's easy to re-coat epoxy if you want to freshen it up later on.
