Epoxy over existing sealed Concrete

Sealed new concrete garage floor with Ghost Shield Lithi-Tek LS 9500 densifier / sealer. Can epoxy paint be used over the Ghost Shield application?

These products close the micro-scopic pores in concrete, at the surface. Therefore your coating will have a tough time hanging on. A diamond grind is the best way to prep in these cases.
