Epoxy preparation: removing paint, oil, and glue

My garage is about 20 years old and was home to handyman or two before I bought the place. Inspecting the floor, I can see areas that have oil, paint, and wood glue on them. There are also patches that are rough, probably where acid or some cleaner was used previously to clean up spills.

If I'm going to install an epoxy floor, what product is out there that would tackle the paint, glue, and oil? I have heard some people who use the Quickrete epoxy also used Quickrete Bond-lok. This sounds convienent because it also etches the concrete. My garage is 1000sqft, so if I could do all the floor preparation in one swoop that would be awesome.

Are there any other products out there besides Bond-lok that would clean/degrease/etch?

In my experience, extreme green did Not clean up any oil spots. Kind of disappointing. Save your hard earned money.
