Epoxy Problem...

i have applyed two base coats and 3 clear coats to my floor, looks great except the fiber in the floor hardend after the first coat and the floor is very rough (looks good but very rough to the feel). how do i fix this???? i am sure i should have sanded or scraped before the epoxy but its too late. thanks for the info ahead of time

I don't have any epoxy experience, but it seems to me you should be able to use a large sander similar to one used on hard wood floors to sand the clear smooth Then apply one more coat of clear to bring back the shine.
