What I liked:

1. After close to two years, it is holding up like new. We part two cars on it everyday (Rav4 and Honda Fit) with no hot tire pick up. We live in central Texas, so the tires definitely get hot enough. My 2yr old left a rock right at the lip of the garage that I ran over, and it took out a thin quarter sized chunk of epoxy and concrete right on the edge. That was over a year ago and the chip hasn't grown at all.

2. I'm not obsessive about cleaning it, but it is easy to clean. Sooo much easier than concrete. I haven't seen any oil drips, but there have been some greasy watery drippings from AC/rain, and those have cleaned up easily without noticeable discolorations.

3. The effect is minimal (and I wish there were more) but the glow in the dark flakes are sometimes helpful if the garage door opener light goes out while still in the garage. It takes a bit for the eyes to adjust, but you can see the floor well enough to not run into things. The glow flakes (dust) are small enough not to be visible in regular light. With a higher concentration of them, I think it'd be a very pleasant/useful glow.

4. I always feel like my feet get a bit dirty walking on concrete. Walking to the deep freeze in the garage over the epoxy is just fine though. It really feels like an extension of the inside of the house. The wife acceptance factor is surprisingly high.

5. While the flakes stuck really well to the second coat of epoxy, there was a fair amount of chipping of the flakes while brushing and closely inspecting it. The clear coat really holds it all down to prevent any bits of flakes coming off, and really makes it look nice. The appearance of the garage is so much better than it would be otherwise.

6. For the past two Halloweens, we've moved the cars out of the two car garage area, and set up black lights in the garage. We sit in the back of the garage with the glowing floor handing out candy, and have highlighter markers scattered all over the floor. Kids get a big kick out being able to write/draw all over our floor with the highlighters and have it glow in the blacklights. At the end of the night the highlighter comes right off. It ends up being a cheap/simple (if somewhat unconventional) entertainment for the neighborhood.
