Hi Everyone!
I am having some issues with my rustoleum epoxy paint that I used on my floor. It is coming up in high traffic areas. It peeled in a couple of locations. I have contacted the company and they only option they had was to send in a sample of the paint and they would analyze it for me to see if the paint itself was bad at the time of installation. I thought that was very cool of them, but at the time chalked it up to my inexperience of installation and declined, now I wish I would have done it. I should say that the expoxy has been down for around 4 1/2 years and I would expect some wear and tear given the use but not to the extent that it is. Wow, get to the point would ya..

I am thinking of removing the current application and possibly trying something different. I'm not really sure where to start. I've seen some products from Griot's and others for removal but have not tried any. I was wondering if any of you have had any luck with removal techniques. Power washing, sanding? Not sure but any input would be great. I will try to post a couple of pics to see if that helps explain what is going on.

Thanks in advance everyone! I am always very impressed with almost everyone on this site! And do enjoy looking at the gallery of some of the best of the best garage/shops around! Keep it up!

Get it up just as you would if you were preparing to put epoxy down for the first time - grind, shotblast, sand, etc.
