What would be he shelf life for epoxy-coat system? If I bought today would it be any different if I didn't get to the install for a month or so? And if I have any left over that's not mixed together how long would that shelf life be? Thx

My first advice would be to read the back of the can. I typically have good luck with the epoxies that I stock as long as I do not leave them in the sun or expose them to too much heat or cold. I store them in a moderately conditioned space with no prolonged exposure to light. Many adhesives are packaged in translucent bottles, Sometimes I think they do this to shorten their shelf life.

If it is my Epoxy-Coat product, you have a shelf life of at least a year. With that being said, I have had customers use our product after 3 years and all went well.
What you want to look for is any hardening of Part A. Keep the product out of direct sun and keep it from freezing and you should be fine.
