They are both very good product. Technically speaking, 100% solids will always be better than 95% solids in terms of performance. However, 95% solids is easier to work with and you get a longer pot life. Most epoxy that is just under 100% solids has a little bit of solvents added to the part-B hardener which allows for this. The part-A resin is still 100%.

For most DIY applications, the additional performance characteristics of a 100% solids are not realized over a 95% solids. What I would be more concerned with is the top coat that I would apply over the epoxy. The epoxy is generally the build coat, while the top coat (final coat) is the wear coat that gets the surface abuse. It must be very tolerant to stains, abrasion, and etc.
