Epoxy: Trucrete Surfacing Systems seems good?

Is there anyone knows these products? Prices seems very good.

The price for the epoxy solvent base (SBE) and for the solvent based urethane (SBU) in the same color is under .50 cent per foot. It's cheaper than tile or many products sale in big store, isn't it?
