I am seeing a growing number of companies and individuals talking about polyurea having a 4 to 10 times better flexural strength and also a hardness strength. I haven't seen any documents to support this. Why would someone use a polyurea as a base coat when epoxy has a better adhesion strength to concrete and a cheaper cost. Use the polyurea as a top seal coat and epoxy for a base coat. If you want to do it fast then just say that and don't fabricate things or use a low solid epoxy as a comparison. If someone has any technical documents on polyurea please attach so i can compare to 100% solid epoxy i use, please.
