Although I'm going to tile the main floor space in my garage, I'd like to seal/paint the exposed stubwalls and steps. I'm hoping that since these areas clean won't be abused like the parking areas that I can get away with not doing the whole acid etch prep thing (one reason I decided not to expoxy the whole floor). Can anyone recommend a paint/stain/expoxy for this purpose?
