Hi all,

Does anybody from the Boston area know where to source Rustoleum Epoxyshield Pro locally? Every place that I've checked has the water based stuff, but no one has the Pro. No one that I've talked to wants to order it (4 kits, plus clear) - they only want to sell what they have on the shelf. I really want to avoid having to mail order it, but I'm hoping I don't have to.

Thanks,
-Joe

Do you have Ace Hardware stores in Boston, Joe?

I just ordered 4 kits of the Pro and a kit of clear from my local Ace store; they're getting it in from their distribution warehouse in approximately two days.

Hope this helps,

Tim

Ace carries it? I swear that I only saw the water based stuff on their web site.
Guess I'll have to go put the big squeeze on my local Ace guy. :bounce:

Thanks Tim,
-Joe

Yeah, I called my local store (I'd rather buy at my hometown store), and the paint rep had the water-based epoxy on the shelf, but could order the oil-based.

It helped that I had the product numbers (silver gray epoxy - 302373 / gloss clear - 225225 / blue & gray blend color chips - 238469), although for some reason the Ace network didn't have the color chips, so I couldn't order them.
