We'll be printing out the orders today (which takes longer than you might think) and then going through them and figuring out what we need to order. We'll pull the orders we can and then start contacting people about whether they'd like to wait for their order to be shipped in full or would want us to do a partial shipment. Now that I'm writing this, I totally should've had you guys tell me this before hand, but.....next year!
Epstein's Day (Week) is off to a great start. We've had 189 people sign up for the buying group so far and well over a 100 orders with more coming in all the time. Thank you sooooo much for supporting us and for your commitment to US manufacturing. Means a lot, not just to me, but to everyone working here at Epstein's!

I suspect many of us use the wishlist function to save our choices while we wait for the day. If you were able to create a report from that data it might give a pretty good approximation of what you need to order.

Can anyone advise the best way to see all the "specials" without reading the 13 pages of this thread - or browsing the whole HJE online catalog please? Getting down to the wire, don't really NEED anything -but when has that stopped me from buying some tools? Want to get in on supporting this program! Got my order in last minute. had to delete a few items, but i was able to get 24 of the items i had in my basket so not bad, and most were closeouts, great deals already, they made them even better. Thanks to everyone at HJE and at the GJ! Your work may go unnoticed but we do appreciate it!!!
I grabbed one of the Wilde pry bar holders I'd been eyeing, that 20pc Craftsman punch and chisel set was a steal, a few pry bars, more screwdrivers, oh and a new whetstone to put the edge on my Case, lost mine somewhere in the move. Wish I could have bought more, but very thankful for what I got.

A small haul.
The NOS USA made Lufkin rules are excellent! Really nice. The current Lufkin hanging on store racks are just plain junky. Not even close.
The 1/4 drive SK sockets are replacing GW. Because the SK are about 1/8" shorter. It just doesn't make sense to me to have 1/4 dr and 3/8 dr sockets that are the same length. When combined with the ratchet being thinner the result is that the 1/4 dr is about 1/4" less than the 3/8 dr. BTW, if you are using the GW 120xp case the SK are a perfect swap out ....... same quantity and diameter. They fit right in.
I have quite few flat bars but didn't have a hook bar version. Hard to beat for $3.75. The Grayvik seems nice too.

The one I ordered is a "all way extension rule" Usa made lufkin, and it has a sliding extension on one side that slides out of both sides of the first section.

Most of my order showed up today, I'm expecting one more package with some bigger tools. Here's what arrived today, most of it was off the clearance section.
It was like Christmas presents in July.
Really pleased with the s-k 3/8" ratchet and socket set in the green case, I used to have one just like it, that was stolen, and I've really missed it.
Its a set with sae and metric, shallow and deep. I have equipment that is both sae and metric, so its a great set for in the pickup for small repairs.
Also really impressed with my wright crescent/ ratchet/ and a replacement wrench. Quality is excellent. I've got a couple matco branded wright round head ratchets, and like them, so I got the 3/8" that was on sale.
Got three crescents, a 15" wright, 12" armstrong and 10" allen, the wright is head and shoulders in quality above the other two.
Can't wait for the next spring hose clamp I have to deal with, no more channelock and a prayer, I've got a hose clamp pliers now, and some pin spanners waiting for the right hyd. cylinder.

****, 10th was estimated date I guess based on label creation, has not shipped yet....The waiting is the hardest part!
I ordered X46F. One way extension but the scale reads from the same end on both sides of the rule. IOW it starts with zero on both sides of the same end.
They are so nice I just ordered two more. So that I can put them in all my tool box set ups, and have an extra.
