Does seem kinda strange that Wright's the headline brand on this HJE day and they don't have any special deals? It looks like SK once again is going above and beyond.
I'm really tempted to get one of those special run green box sets but... I literally have a stack of those green boxes from auctions here. Illinois farm auctions are packed with metal box SK sets.

Really want a pair of those box sets as well but its them or x-frame wrenches. I have enough ratchets and enough extensions though I could use better sockets, but I sort of need the wrenches more. Only have one set of ratcheting wrenches and the x-frames should be a lot better.

Is there such a thing as a starter set of carbide burrs? Is there a "must have" in burrs? I'm not sure what I need or need to have? Just getting one of each is not a good option.

Hey, I sent a PM to Jori about asking SK if those long nose tongue & groove pliers (SK 7502) were available. SK said yes so, hopefully they'll be added to the Epstein web site so those of you want the beak nose pliers can get some.
I also inquired about SK 40810 & 40811 sockets. These are 4 inch long extra deep 6 point chrome sockets in sizes 10 & 11mm. Hopefully, these will be added before Epstein's day.

I would like to see a photo of the top till on one of the boxes with the lift up work surface. SK talks about it but, doesn't really show it. The boxes are definitely different but, I agree that they're too much money for me especially when you consider that their resale value wouldn't be great.

I have some renovation projects coming up and was hoping to get a gift for people who lend a helping hand along the way. I was thinking of the Estwing hammers with the leather grips. Something that seems like old-time quality.
Are those hammers as nice in person as they look on the website? Which one would you recommend?
Is there anything else that would be a good gift idea that I am not thinking of?
