Very nice collection Dutch. I got the angle wrench set too. I purchased several of the same items in previous buying extravaganzas from Epstein's. I really like how the Bonney wrenches feel in my hand. What do you think of the E-torx set? And what on earth do you need a 16mm allen wrench for?

McFarmer, thanks for the feedback on the Enderes scraper.

Turnpikecruisier, nice collection of Green Pliers.

16mm Allen wrench because it was there, also its 5/8" in inches
E torx are fine, not as nice a the couple Hazet ones I have but they will do, its incredibly rare that I use an E torx wrench anyway
Bonnet i like and its a get it while you can deal as with the angle wrench set, I don't have a massive need because virtually everything I work on that needs inch sizes is old and doesn't have many clearance problems but they are cheap enough.

Tools arrived! Only 3 days to receive is definitely faster than expected. Everything was packaged very well too. Thanks HJE for the tape measure and box art. It sure beats lugging around my larger/heavier one around for basic tasks. Also thanks to SK and Wright for the promotional items. I was in serious need of some wrenches and have been eyeing these for quite a while.

I got an email from HJE today. My SK sets are on the way...... I'm on vacation this week, so I'm like the kid waiting for Christmas morning.

I need to get some of those wright mini ratchets.

I don't know if it's because I got mine second hand but I have a 3/8" drive in 1/4" body Wright and the head is very loose and weeblewobbly. Anyone else have one that is tight? I wasn't sure if it maybe was just how they are. It doesn't really hurt the functionality but it feels a bit odd.

Mine is the same way. I like my sk 3/8 in 1/4 much better.

Mine's scheduled for delivery tomorrow too! Now that I still have to wait another day I feel like I should have just driven the 2 hours to pick it up! Then I realized HJE isn't in St. Louis like I for some reason assume everything in Missouri is. :( Kansas City is quite the haul from central Illinois.

I'll wait till tomorrow...

Ok, I think that I'm first in with a pic of the new SK box sets. Looks like some nice tools, can't wait to try them out! Fit and finish looks real nice.

Love the old school metal box, and looks like SK threw in a 10mm X frame wrench. I don't remember that being part of the set, so nice extra!! Nice box, with the logo stamped into it. And, for what it's worth, I like the green color of this box better than my old school SK boxed tools...

Thanks to Jori/Epstiens for pulling this together for us. I like the SK hat and the tape measure, too. I remember breaking a tape measure just like it (my Dad's; oooops) when I was a kid. So, brought back some memories, and long repressed guilt... :dunno:

No time right now to dig into the new arrivals, but I must have had one too many fermented beverages before ordering all 4 SK sets

And the box art came out great (requested cool cars)! Glad they added extra tape over the artwork as mine was sitting outside the garage when a quick down pour rolled through this afternoon. But I think I am due for a tool timeout :D

And a huge thanks to HJE for pulling this together!

My SK Sets were waiting for me when I got home.

It looks like SK outdid themselves. As with DMAR, each of my sets had a 10mm X-Frame wrench.

Thanks to HJE and SK for putting this together. The only problem is, I need to buy X-Frames, sooner than I expected

Any chance that SK will make similar sets in 1/4" and 1/2"? I'm in if they do

 'dem green boxes shore do look mighty purdy.

If I didn't already have my grandfather's green metric set from the early 70's, I'm sure I would have bankrupted myself when I placed my order. (as opposed to the minor financial crisis I created instead) It's a good thing I don't have a spouse looking at my bank account or I'd be sleeping on the couch in the basement ......... oh, wait ! Nevermind, that's a different story.
