I worked for a Rustoleum industrial distributor. The rustoleum rep came to help paint the concrete floor in our new 600 sq foot show room floor. Rustoleum supplied the paint but not the labor. The most important part is to prep the floor and remove all grease spots. We used $5 general muriatic acid and gave it a good old fashion cleaning. The following day we prepared the paint as instructed and poured the paint onto the floor and worked it in with a squeeze. This helped get an even coat over the floor. We then rolled the paint with a paint roller with long strokes to even out the paint and worked the paint close to the walls. We taped all crakes around the doors and covered all doors to premit any sun light from entering the room. After 24 hours with a general rustoluem hard hat paint the same color as the epoxy we painted in the border around the wall. After 30 day we rented a floor buffer and wow how it shined. That was 10 years ago and the floor still looks great. Once a year we will rent the floor buffer and bring the shine back as if was painted yesterday.
