Equipment foot brake/lock

Starting to build all my shop workbenches and plan on having a 4X6 rolling one in the center of my workspace. I've never used a caster brake that I liked so I decided to add an over the center brake to each side like the one in the picture. I can't seem to find them anywhere on the web mainly because I don't know what they're called. Anybody know?

I have one on my welding table that you have to lift the lever to release it. Sometimes its hard to do so I would suggest that you look into the style that has a separate release lever.

rockler's should have them as well but probably more expensive...Surplus Center is where I would try first...

Excellent, thanks guys. I used every search word I could think of except "floor". I was beginning to think I'd have to use locking casters.
