I recently purchased a Equipto/ lisle/vidmar work bench with drawers. It has
24 x 24 x 2 drawers and no makers id. I am looking for a source of dividers and or plastic bins for it. Also maybe a couple of drawers taller than 2 inches. It has openings for a few more so if I can find a couple of 3 or 4 inch I may be in the market. But for right now organization is the name of the game. I have looked at schallercorporation.com and they have decent prices I was hoping to find someone with other options and a lower price. Thanks.

Look at pictures to determine which cabinet. They all have distinctive outer details which set them apart, visually. Although they are details and not big obvious things.

I know Vidmar the best, they will sell you all the accessories. Lista has a very nice system for organizing drills and taps, with a rounded bottom plastic insert you can divide for various lengths. Schaller is nicely made, but you need an assortment of bins to handle all of the various things that go into the drawers, rather than 100 of the same size.

"Some of the bins I used, and number needed per draw, number of full length dividers needed for 25 3/8 x 25 3/8" drawers......

Drawer face height 3". Schaller 2x2x2 156 bins, or 2x4x2 84 bins , 2x3x2 104 bins. I use 3 full length dividers perpendicular to front.

Drawer face 3 7/8". Could use Schaller as above or Akro bin #30-210 (18) and #30-220 (6) I use full length dividers behind each row of bins 3 parallel to front, produce small gap in back. Schaller 3" depth bins also fit this drawer.

Drawer face 4 5/8". Schaller 3" height draws fit this. 3 or 4 dividers parallel to front, gap on one side filled with smaller Schaller bins.

Drawer face 6 1/4". #30-224 (12) or #30-230 (8) using 2 full length dividers parallel to front , gap in back filled in with Schaller bins.

Drawer face 7". Akro bin 8 1/4w x 6h" x 11 3/8"deep (6) gap filled in with Schaller bins, two dividers, one behind each row. Akro bin 4w x 6"h x 11 1/2" deep (12) also fit, 2 full length dividers.

Drawer 9 1/2" Akro bin #30-860 (6), and 30-230 (2), 2 dividers parallel to front."

First of all Welcome to the group, Please update your profile to include Your state and it would be nice if you included your city. If you are close to central Washington I would most likely be able to help you out with some equipto parts. But would be a killer to ship. Please post up a picture of your unit as to we have some very smart people here whom most likely would be able to tell you who built your unit...Rich

pcmeiners I am the proud owner of all 2 inch total depth drawers which for what I paid for this suits me ok. But now I am finding that when I need depth I am out of luck. My Jacobs super chucks will not fit because of the shallowness. Mikes, calipers and such are great but a lot of other items make me go oh ****. If I can figure out the manufacturer then I can start the hunt to find a couple of deeper drawers. Thanks.

I searched google (images) and could not figure what the make is. To add to the possibilities, NuEra and Rousseau. Is there a lock punch out anywhere? ; lock punch out area could get us in the ball park. Any markings inside the cabinet, as some mark manufacture date/time. Drawers handles look like old Lista but I do not see any lock or lock punch outs on your units. The other odd feature, most cabinet out there have the top rail member going the full width, on yours the side rails are full height, top member sits between them.

That cabinet looks like the older Lista cabinet and I have a Lista with drawer dimension of 24"x24". I may have some 2" tall by 24" long dividers I help you out with.

I should create a thread for this but for plastic bins, go on amazon or walmart to buy the Stanley parts organizer and use the bin inserts; they're half the cost of schaller plastic bins.

I have an 11 drawer Lista cabinet that came with dividers and I have removed them from most of the drawers in favor of Schaller boxes (purchased on Ebay). I like them much better for nuts, bolts, and small hardware because I can easily rearrange them as my collection changes and take the box out and set it on my bench or other work surface as needed...

FYI, Lista just changed their drawer dividers to be galvanized. The cabinet definitely appears to be a Gen I Lista cabinet. Lista's claim to fame was always the drawer capacity and full height sidewalls.
