I recently purchased a set of older Erem precision pliers off ebay. After a little while I realized that the spring on my needle hose pair had broken off the handle. Its the crcm11 modle, if anyone is familar with them.
I'll probably contact the seller anyway, but I'd like to know what kind of warrenty if any these tools have? Does Erem repair their tools? Even the older versions? I want to keep them and fix the problem.
I can't find any mention of a warrenty on their website. And I fear that now since they are part of the Cooper Tools/Apex Tool group they might not honor repair work on older pliers. Also the email forum on the Erem website is not working for me, so until i can call them, I can't contact them.
