Those 1/4 XL flex ratchets look sweet. Overall this was a decent vid. i was expecting more cringe.![]()
Been there, done that. I used to live in one until our boss said he is limiting our Snap On visits to 1 hour. Now my wife won't let me near one.![]()

They are sweet! I wish I could get in on that $99 promo, I would buy another and put 3/8 guts in it
Yep, there's nothing like a weekly chrome fix from the snappy guy
The tools aren't that expensive when you only pay $50 a week for life
After turning wrenches for so many years, it's only the new releases that intrigue me like the extra long 1/4 flex head ratchet. I've got everything else. I'm surprised Snappy hasn't jumped on the stubby impact wagon yet.
Eric's Snap on dealer is one of the nicest I've seen and very liberal with swag. I've had good and not so good over the years but, no one gave up t-shirts without a significant purchase.![]()
Only thing worse is a gun store

Damn that's incredible. He seemed extremely knowledgeable too. It's getting harder and harder to find that these days
Minimal compared to the bimbo stocker who didn't see anything wrong at Lowe's yesterdayWell except for the fact that he seemed to be unaware that Snap-On had a roughly 3-4 year period of not putting USA on their ratchets and their power tools are assembled in Taiwan or assembled in USA and the batteries don't come from Japan but mostly from China along with the chargers.
What a loaded truck. Wow, that guy has inventory.

It is a cool ratchet, but something about it wasn't right when I was playing with it so I passed.

Unless you are warranting something, then i bet he hasnt got it but can get it for you in 2 weeks time
What seems to be "off" about that ratchet? I was thinking of looking for one but not until it's problem free.
I want the new 3/8 comfort grip flex head FHLF80A. I'm a DIY'er so no tool truck, I usually order online so there's a record for warranty. I want a snap on shirt from the truck, sure don't get that from ordering online lol
I've never been on a Snap On truck as I am not a mechanic and just a DIY/weekend warrior. I recently contacted the driver in my local area via email and he seemed very eager to help me. I sent him an email with part #'s I wanted to order and asked what form of payment he preferred. I heard nothing back for weeks, then out of the blue he responded asking if I still wanted parts to which I responded yes. Haven't heard back and it's probably been over a month now. I'll just order online, but this video was cool as I got to see what they look like inside!
Is there a roll eyes smiley?Chrome looked dark gray instead of bright silver.
Snap On logo engraving in the head was rough.
Ratcheting action felt coarse and unrefined, especially for a 1/4" wrench.
Flat blade screws going in from the top of the head looked odd. Torx screws would be much nicer.
Just wasn't feeling it.
