Ernst socket rail users - Help ???

I'm trying to organize my new box with the least amount of wasted space. I'm going to use the Ernst rail system for sockets but need dimensions to decide between 18" rails side to side or 13" rails front to back... drawers are 15.5" deep and either 23 or 37" wide.

looking at the picture...can any of you ernst users give me the dimensions shown for 4- 18" rails mounted on the mount pad and 4 - 13" rails mounted also ??

I appreciate your time and trouble... I think I can save some money and space if I do this right the first time...

Using the 18" rails and my new HF tool chest I cut down the 18 --- a 1/2" so I could fit them side by side in the 37" draw...works great....
