Error message on forum

when i get a error message that i cannot "mark forums read" and an error occurs because of invalid token, i send the admin a message and then i get this error,

"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."
so either way, i cannot mail the admins about problems on my/your part. thanks

I get this also. Every time I go to 'Mark Forums Read" I get the same message:

I have clicked the link in the message to notify the Administrator... This has been going on since I registered.

HotFR8, any progress with the security token issue?

It's been broken for years and I miss the "mark forums read" function. ApexSpeed referenced a possible fix in another thread on this:

BTW I did check those two links. One is dead and the other is people acting goofy.

No idea, but I used to have the same issue on a different forum, and when they did a vbulletin upgrade, the issue was fixed. If you look at the bottom of this page, it says:
Powered by vBulletin Copyright © 2000-2009
the other forum (that now works), says:
Copyright © 2014 vBulletin Solutions, Inc.

BTW, I have found that Mark Forums Read works on this site in the Tapatalk app, if you have that.

Had a similar issue and just refreshed the page. May or may not work for you.

As for the links they both open up relevant questions to this topic for me.
