Esab 161LTS

Just curious if anyone here has a Esab 161 inverter. I just ordered one to replace a Maxstar 150 that refuses to power up.

I have had mine for 4-5 years now. No issues , biggest complaint is the crappy power cord that I replaced with a 35' cord.

Just opened the box and can’t wait to see how it burns. The power cord seems real stout, they must have upgraded it. Hopefully it lasts as long as the Maxstar it’s replacing. Couldn’t justify pay $550 for a circuit board to fix the Maxstar.

Problem I had was the cord was insanely stiff, ends were nice. What's that machine going for these days? I paid 410$ shipped from Baker's Gas when I bought mine years ago.
