Over the last 2 weeks Ive found quite a few great items at Estate Sales near my house. 12" Craftsman bandsaw. this is in incredible shape. I added the
plywood top and treadted it with Spar Marine varnish,
and this sweet little Snap on torque wrench,
and today I scored this Snap on toolbox base,KRA 380 Mdl1609969
it has a 78 stamped next to USA . not sure if its a 1969 0r 1978 ?
again this is in super condition. all the drawers had liners, and the
interior is like new.
then this cool display case.1920`s or 30`s ?
and a old creeper with cast iron accents. then a few unique pullers.
and a toolfor rebuilding Flathead Fords.
And yes i know,,,,,,I **** !!!!

Those are some cool finds. I wish I could find the patience to search through the estate sales and garage sales to find stuff like that.

Rules are easy!
List what you bought and the prices you paid. Pics to show condition if you can.
Then if a member feels like you got an exceptionally good deal he may or may not reply with the (coveted by many but not all) "you ****"

CNGsaves said it big and colorfully. Those are the rules.

Nice band saw and stand. Did you do anything to the paint on the band saw case? It looks in really good condition.

I saw a C'man bandsaw of simialr era on CL a few weeks ago and was thinking of going after it, but it looked like it had seen weather. Yours looks pristine. Price is right.

OK here are a few pics of the motor that is under the saw,
also from the same sale I picked up these 2 C-Man motors
and bundle of blades.
the large motor set me back $10.
the smaller one I got them to throw it in, because I thought It was
supposed to go with the saw .

That Delta drill press is the prize in my opinion. I don't recall ever seeing one with New Delta on the guard?

When I talked to the guy who used to own the New Delta he said he bought it used when he was a young man. He's down sizing now at the ripe ole age of 84! Hope I can make it that long.
