Etching Garage Floor w/Paver driveway

Hello!

I want to prep and etch my garage floor for epoxy paint, however I have a paver driveway which meets the garage. It will be impossible not to get what I ever I clean and etch onto the paver driveway.

Will the etch damage my pavers? Any product recommendations for this situation?

It won't likely reach the pavers until you begin the rinse, so flood everything well with water and you should be fine.

For a little better control you could use a gel based acid etch; I know another forum user tried it. We are getting ready to test it but have not yet.
