I placed my first order with etooldirect.com last week. I wanted the new IR 1105MAX-D3, and my usual source (tooltopia.com) didn't have it yet. I also ordered a few other things. I got the order in only two days. Unfortunately, they shipped me the 1105MAX-D2 instead of the D3. The only difference between the two is the D3 has a 3/8" drive and the D2 has a 1/4" drive, and there's a $3 price difference. I decided to just keep the 1/4" drive version instead of trying to send it back and get the D3.
This minor mistake was easy to make, I think, so I give them an A-.
