Eureka Oiler Rawhouser patent

I don't collect oil cans, but this was too cool to pass up. First one I've seen and didn't find much about them online. Telescoping spout. Brass construction. Pic of the top taken with the spout removed. Notice the patent date is 1884 on the can, but 1894 on the paperwork?

I don't know anything about that maker but can see why you had to pick up that oiler. Looks to be in great shape and that stamping on the lid is awesome. Very nice. Ed.
