European hmmertone paint

I notice a lot of European tools, tool box's and machinery are painted with hammer finish paint. We have hammertone from from Rustoleum and hammerrite.

Neither of these have the colors that I see from the Euro tools.
Also I have used our paints a few times but I can never get the same finish as the Euro paint. Rustoleum hammer tone and Hammerite aways comes out with much more texture.

Anyone have experience with the Euro hammer finish paint?

I guess the manufacturers order special colors made for them, the difference in finish might result from powdercoating.

Almost all paint manufacturers here offer hammered paint...
