I found a couple of socket ratchets in my Grandpa's toolbox, but I haven't been able to find anything on them.
I cannot locate any marking of any type on this 3/8" ratchet. Feels fairly heavy, and solid. Any idea?
Next is a 3/8" ratchet has the name "GREYSTONE" on it, and "Chrome Vanadium" on the back side. Also a nice, solid, heavy feeling. After I lubed it with the famous RLL, it feels very smooth. Any ideas?
These next ones I know a little more about, but just thought I would share then anyways.
3/8" GM Goodwrench 32601 Taiwan
3/8" Craftsman -V- 43784 USA - After cleaning and lubing with the infamous RLL, this ratchet is extremely smooth (to me at least!). I also filled in the lettering with black paint, and I think it looks awesome! I'm excited to use it.
3/8" Snap On F720 USA - Bought here from a Garage Journal member. I cleaned it, replaced the dust cap, painted "Snap-On" logo on dust cap white, and lubed it. Also very smooth.
1/4" Craftsman -V- 43523 USA Breaker Bar - Cleaned and painted lettering.
Let me know if you guys recognize the two mystery ratchets, I'm curious if anyone knows anything about them.
Thanks
