Ever seen anything like this "More Drive"?

I bought this 1/2-inch drive thing today and am trying to find out about it.
I tried searching online for "More Drive" but had no luck.

Not sure if there are parts missing. There is a threaded hole on the middle block and the **** of the tool is hollow.

Ever heard of this company, or have a thought on how this is supposed to be used?

Very interesting. Perhaps the center block is threaded for a crossbar?

The threaded hole is only on one side of the block - it is not a through hole.

Does it ratchet?

That spring loaded center with the missing threaded handle ... looks like it turns in 60 degree steps.

Yes, there are 6 positions it could be in.

With the block in its spring loaded (at rest) position, the block is locked to the shaft. If you pull back on the block (towards the **** of the tool) the block unlocks from the shaft and the block will rotate independent of the shaft.

Here is how I am guessing it might work:

  • You put a socket on the tool and put the socket on your bolt and press down.
    Now you need turning force.
I'm guessing there might have been a handle that screws into the one side of the block.
  • So, while continuing to press down, you use your handle to rotate the shaft a ways.
  • When you can not turn any more because your handle is hitting something, you pull back (up toward the **** of the tool) on the spring loaded block (which unlocks it from the shaft) and swing the handle back to its starting position to get a new start on rotating the handle some more.

:dunno: That's my first guess anyway.

Maybe the **** had a rotating knob.
