Looking to buy a 110 volt mig welder with Amazon gift cards anyone have Everlast mig welder? What are your thoughts. Just want to do small repairs and hobby stuff. Mostly flux core comes with set up for gas will have to buy flux drive wheel separately. I want inverter welder and 110 volt for ease of using just about anywhere.

Yes they have a very good web site along with a great forum I was just wondering if any GJ members had any first hand experience with them.

I don't have any direct experience with them, but, if it helps, I have watched more than a few welding videos on YouTube over the years and a number of them have spoken very highly of at least one model from that company, especially considering their low price point. Both "Mr. Tig" from weld.com and Jody from "weldingtipsandtricks,"- both whom I've come to respect on there- have spoken highly (again) of at least one model from the brand. I also remember also seeing a positive Everlast review from ChuckE2009, who has a dedicated welding channel there, but I'm a little less familiar with his abilities/background.

Of course the company could be throwing these guys free machines or otherwise be paying them and others to say nice things about them, so take it with a grain of salt, perhaps.

In a recent thread on garagejournal here, a number of members spoke very highly of the Ahp Alpha Tig machine. I don't know anything about it, but it may be worth looking into as well, as it does seem to be available on Amazon

Thanks for your input I have watched those as well. I just wanted to know how they have held up for those GJ members that may have one. They come with a 3 year warranty and are available from welding supply sites as well as amazon. I have gift cards from family and work to Amazon and consider that free money because it's not coming out of my pay check or bank account.
