I just want to post this is little psa since there seems to be quite a few folks doing plasma cutters. I contacted Everlast a couple of days ago about upgrade the s45 torch clone to a machine torch for cnc use. I was quickly shot down and told that I would blow up my little machine and that under no circumstances would Everlast do any warranty work on any machine used in cnc applications.
I did drop the ball and did not mention the size of my table and the intended thicknesses I would be cutting initially and staying well under the duty cycle. I did do a reply email stating the size and material thicknesses I intended cutting and I questioned the machines they have that are cnc ready and serviceability of these machine as I would then upgrade but I've never received a follow up response.
I've been looking at the 3rd iteration of the prime cut 60 as they have worked out the cnc bugs and seem to have a solid warranty.
