Excellent Customer Service from MAC

I have a brother who works the highway department in Los Angeles and routinely finds tools on the side of the road. Before he got tired of me cherry picking all his good ones, he used to let me go through his finds and take whatever I wanted. One of my picks was a MAC 1/4" drive Flex Head Ratchet. Although it worked fine, it had a mangled selector lever, so I called MAC to see if I could get a new lever. The person taking my call was a real pleasure to talk to, efficient yet personable. She took down the details and had a rebuild kit at my door within 3 days.

I'm real pleased with their customer service.

I've had the exact same experience. Both times I've called in. Very polite and helpfull ladies there. Exceeded my expectations. Their dealers on the other hand ain't worth a fiddlers fart.

While I have not seen a Mac dealer in years I have had to call a few months ago for a rebuild kit. I agree they were very nice and very fast. The Rep even through in a extra rebuild kit wene I worried I would need one in another 20 yrs.
