exhaust expander

hi, all I was wondering if anyone knows where to fine an exhaust pipe cone type expander. I used one 20 years ago at a shop I work at. It may of been homemade I can't remeber. It was cone shape with driver comeing out the backside. You would hit the driver with a hammer. I just remeber this being very handy.
