exhaust pipe tool

looking for information on this tool, anyone ever seen a tool like this . its for removing pipe from muffler neck

Goes in a air chisel used to cut the outer pipe off the inner, but usually will destroy both.

its used for removing a cut off exshaust pipe from the inside of an expanded pipe and collapsing it

I always used a torch. Cut the pipe off leaving a bit hanging out, then slit it inside the old pipe and pop it out with a small pry bar or screwdriver.
