forgive me for not searching the forum . . . .

i am looking for an inexpensive solution to routing exhaust gases from various vehicles (motorcycles, autos/trucks/ loaders) out of the work area.

in general, i need something that will either fit over the exhaust pipe enough, or somehow constrict onto it, and about 25 feet long.

right now, nothing is being done, so anything is an improvement.

thanx.

Just use flex hosing.

Or use this exhaust hose: https://www.crushproof-hose.com/

Not sure how any hose will work at 25 feet though. At that distance, you might need a flan to help pull the exhaust through.

If it fits tight and the exhaust system on the vehicle is good, it will puch it through.

I have several inline and have no problem.

I have a couple of different brands, and they do not work with connecting them. They normally kind of screw together, creating a good seal.

The vents are available at most garage door places. You can likely buy a kit like shown above that includes what you want. Most auto parts stores can likely get it for you.

I only have two vents in my overhead door. With the size of exhaust now, some times they are not large enough, or with some of the exhaust systems there is more than one outlet. I have often thought of taking an old blower motor and making a box for it, to kind of use it as a pusher fan. So far it is just another project that is not very far up the list.
